No — electricity is metered and billed at cost. You pay for exactly what you use. This is standard at Paradise Found and actually benefits guests who are conservative with power use. All other hookups (water, sewer) and resort amenities are included.

Cancellation terms are confirmed in writing at time of booking and vary by stay length. Generally, a 30-day notice is required for monthly stays. Nightly and weekly bookings have shorter notice windows. We aim to be fair — if you need to cancel for a genuine reason, reach out early and we'll do our best to work with you.
Yes! Paradise Found is a pet-friendly resort and pets are welcome at Lot 63. Standard resort pet policies apply: pets must be leashed in common areas, owners must clean up after pets, and the on-site dog park is available for off-leash play. Please mention any pets when you inquire.
